Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will excel at identifying and closing new sales opportunities for Gumi Vitamins. They will leverage industry expertise to build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
2. Business Development: Successfully create and develop new customer accounts, from lead generation to closing.
3. Strategic Negotiations: Manage complex sales conversations with key decision-makers, including independent health shops & pharmacies.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
5. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Gumi Vitamins effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the sport supplements, health & wellness, or FMCG industry is essential.
2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
3. Relationship Builder: Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
4. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
5. Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
