Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes streetwear and car culture , and wants to create bold, eye-catching visuals that live across apparel, events, and global campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original graphic designs for Gumball 3000 apparel and merchandise collections
  • Develop visual identities and branding for global events and activations
  • Design presentation decks for internal and external use
  • Produce digital and print-ready assets for campaigns, social media, and retail platforms
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Events, Marketing, and Retail
  • Support in the evolution and consistency of the Gumball 3000 visual identity
  • Respond to creative feedback and adapt designs to meet project requirements and brand standards

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of design principles including layout, color, and typography
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of branding and visual identity development
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn, take constructive feedback, and evolve creatively
  • A portfolio that shows versatility, creativity, and relevance to Gumball 3000’s culture

Preferred Experience

  • Experience designing for streetwear, motorsports, music, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with merchandise production processes and event branding
