Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Assistant / Coordinator to join our growing Events Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury events and live entertainment who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. You’ll support the planning, production, and delivery of Gumball 3000’s international events — from large-scale live music productions and VIP parties to exclusive hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the end-to-end planning and coordination of international Gumball 3000 events.
  • Support production logistics, including AV, staging, lighting, and technical requirements.
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, and production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Help manage VIP guest experiences, hospitality, and on-site coordination.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sponsorship, PR, and creative) to deliver brand-aligned event experiences.
  • Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and event documentation.
  • Provide on-site support across live events, rallies, and afterparties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury events, live music, or VIP hospitality.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AV and production processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours during events.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.
