The Role

You’ll oversee the evening operation across the resort, ensuring families enjoying their short breaks have a smooth, high-quality experience. Typical shifts are 2pm – 10pm, covering our busiest and most exciting time of day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the full evening F&B operation across the resort.
  • Leading and supporting chefs, bar teams, and front-of-house crew.
  • Working closely with the entertainment and commercial teams.
  • Ensuring excellent guest experience for families across all venues.
  • Managing service standards, staffing levels, and smooth delivery.
  • Supporting with problem-solving and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
