The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
As a Mechanical Engineer here at Gulliver's Valley in South Yorkshire, you will ensure that our Rides and Attractions, equipment and facilities are held to a high standard of safety and efficiency. You will have a sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and the ability to carry out planned/un-planned safety inspection and maintenance work on amusement devices. You will have a proven track record of fault finding, diagnosis and replacing of mechanical components and the following risk assessments and method statements. This role will involve daily safety checking of equipment prior to use under a planned preventive maintenance system. You will bring a wealth of maintenance experience to the team and be able to carry out general maintenance and support for the Theme Park.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Ideally you will be apprenticeship trained with experience in an industrial background.
- A good understanding of knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems would be beneficial.
- Must have a flexible approach to working.
