Gulliver’s Valley is seeking an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our theme park, rides, accommodation, retail, catering, events, and entertainment. You’ll oversee four Heads of Department and a seasonal team of around 150 people, ensuring safe, smooth, and memorable experiences for all guests.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of health & safety, ride safety, food safety, and fire safety.
- Oversee daily operations across rides, shows, accommodation, retail, and food & beverage.
- Manage, coach and support four Heads of Department, line managers, supervisors and a large seasonal team.
- Champion exceptional guest service and resolve guest feedback professionally.
- Drive commercial performance across admissions, retail, catering, accommodation, and events.
- Work closely with central support teams and external stakeholders.
Working Pattern
Full-time role including weekends.
