Sporting big smiles, our Front of House Assistants welcome our guests upon arrival at the resort and check them into their Princess Suites, Dinosaur Dens, Pirate Cabins and Safari Lodges. You'll offer assistance to guests during their entire stay, ensuring that every sleepover experience is comfortable, enjoyable and magical. You'll handle telephone enquiries, help with special requests and daily administrative tasks. As part of the front of house team, you'll also assist with bar and kitchen work where necessary, and help to keep communal areas clean and tidy. You'll also assist our retail team with helping guests fill out passports and input them into our system.

- Experience in a hospitality role preferred but not essential.
