Gulliver\’s Worldare recruiting for a part-time Experience Team Leader to report to theExperience Supervisor, supporting the planning and operation of ourEntertainment and Activities department.
If you are gooddealing with young children, families & team members, whilst being ultraorganised & making sure we have all the detail in place, with the rightteam to deliver some of our magical experiences, then we want to hear from you.
Therole will require flexible hours to support weekdays, evening, weekends andbank holidays, setting clear objectives, communicating expectations, goals andfeedback regularly, to resolve any operational challenges. You will ensureteams compliance with company policies and procedures including outdooractivities, live shows and residential sleepovers.
