Turning adventure & thrills into lifelong skills. We are recruiting an experienced Activities Manager to take our day-time & overnight adventure to the next level. As part of the Resort leadership team, you'll lead the team to bring alive our experiences to include Theme Park Daytime & Resort Guests, Activity Sleepovers, and badge groups. Our range of activities offers a perfect blend of excitement, exploration, and comfort. With a wide range of accommodation options to suit every group, from cosy ensuite units to outdoor glamping, we provide the ideal base for adventure and a great chance for families to experience and discover new things.

Some of our core offerings include Well Being sessions, Bushcraft, Climbing Walls, Archery, Nature Detectives, Reptile Encounters & Disc Golf. You will ensure the planning, training, implementation & health & safety measures happen to enable the smooth running of the Activities & Experience programme. You will be responsible for driving & maintaining the highest standards in delivery of both the activity & experience programme. This role will be key to plan, motivate and develop team members associated with these areas and to drive and develop demand.

There are further opportunities to collaborate with the Experience Director to influence and enhance the commercial management of the programme and the offer into the future. The ability to prioritise a demanding workload in scheduling multi-venues teams is essential. You will support with facilitating and developing a fun culture that promotes and encourages the general well-being, motivation, and morale of your team, whilst ensuring effective performance management strategies are maintained.
