We are looking for a fun and versatile Retail and Catering Manager to join our Management Team at Gulliver's Theme Park & Resort in Warrington. Reporting to the Commercial manager, you will be entirely responsible for all retail, food and beverage aspects of the business. You will be required to lead, manage, and inspire a team of approx. 90 team members across the Resort with the aim to maximise and grow sales, profit, service & quality. By leading your supervisors and their teams, you will deliver a common purpose of providing outstanding service and creating an amazing guest experience and a great place to work. You will need to build strong relationships with other departments and work collaboratively to deliver the overall resort guest experience and continuously improve on feedback.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Successful management of a retail and hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Be able to spot sales opportunities and increase revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and be part of a team.
- Be a confident decision maker.
- Manage conflicting priorities when under pressure.
- Understand and manage financial budgets.
- Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- To work well under pressure with the ability to multitask.
- You must be a self-motivated individual who works well unsupervised.
- You must be an excellent communicator and to build relationships with guests and clients alike.
- Have knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and related legislation.
- You must have experience of working in high volume of retail and catering outlets, either within the attractions, leisure, hospitality, or large holiday park environment.
