Description

Gulliver\’s World are recruiting for a part-time Experience Team Leader to report to the Experience Supervisor, supporting the planning and operation of our Entertainment and Activities department.

If you are good dealing with young children, families & team members, whilst being ultra organised & making sure we have all the detail in place, with the right team to deliver some of our magical experiences, then we want to hear from you.

The role will require flexible hours to support weekdays, evening, weekends and bank holidays, setting clear objectives, communicating expectations, goals and feedback regularly, to resolve any operational challenges. You will ensure teams compliance with company policies and procedures including outdoor activities, live shows and residential sleepovers.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work with flexibility on long shifts and unsociable hours
  • Proficient with Word and software packages
  • Friendly and unflappable approach
  • If you have experience either working within Entertainment, Activities or the attractions industry, this would be beneficial
  • Must live in commutable distance to Gulliver\’s World, Warrington
