Following the continued success of our Trainee Manager programme, we’re proud to relaunch this, in its 12th year as the Leadership Trainee Academy.

This is your opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a thriving, ambitious business, based at one of our resorts in Warrington, Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath, or Rother Valley.

About the Role: This isn’t a watch-from-the-sidelines programme. From day one, you’ll be immersed in operations, learning how to delight families and lead teams, make decisions, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
