You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining exceptional creative and content across all events and channels, to help achieve business goals. You will contribute towards the business achieving its objectives by an increased awareness of Gullivers Sports Travel and Events International brands, improving customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, growing online sales channels and maintaining the Gullivers Sports Travel and Events International brand integrities through appropriate use of design, tone of voice, video and photography.
YOU’LL BE DOING
- Plan and create organic social media content across Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and other key channels, including posts, carousels, reels, and stories, to maximise reach and engagement.
- Work with the Digital Team to cohesively and collaboratively ensure learnings and optimisations are being implemented across organic and paid social.
- Owning social media activity, being active daily on all social media platforms to ensure speedy responses to all activity, engaging with our online audience and identifying opportunities and key trends.
- Support event promotion by developing targeted, thumb-stopping social media campaigns for both Gullivers Sports Travel and Keith Prowse events. Occasionally this will include attending various sporting events.
- Produce high quality, engaging video content including short form showreels, longer promotional clips, and branded assets for use across digital channels and live at events, when necessary.
- Working collaboratively with the Design Lead to ensure robust and accurate briefs, and to understand what direction needs to be provided on the day where we are working with external stakeholders, or agencies.
- Own, organise and maintain the business’s photography and video libraries, ensuring assets are up-to-date, accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Capture and edit visual content using original footage, licensed content, and video editing tools to deliver engaging, brand-aligned storytelling.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns for Events International, Gullivers Sports Travel, The Experience Golf and Keith Prowse, supporting content creation, testing, deployment, and performance reporting.
- Contribute to partnership activations, delivering tailored content, tracked links, and reports that support strong relationships and joint marketing activity.
- Write and publish blog content that reinforces SEO objectives, builds community engagement, and supports brand visibility.
- Support premium experiences, sports tours and events by managing creative briefs, coordinating photo and video content, and ensuring consistent brand representation across tour collateral.
- Reputation management, managing review platforms (Feefo and Trustpilot), ensuring content is updated, feedback monitored, and insights reported for service and brand improvement.
- Collaborate across brands, ensuring content, campaigns, and assets deliver consistently across all of The Experience Golf, Gullivers Sports Travel, Event’s International, and Keith Prowse events.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnership activations, and tailored content that strengthens brand relationships.
- Assist with photography, videography, research, and reporting to support wider marketing objectives.
- Produce monthly marketing reports, to include results from email, print and digital marketing in line with monthly marketing objectives – some GA4 experience is desirable or willingness to learn.
YOU’LL HAVE
- An in depth understanding of social media management, with knowledge of content creation, scheduling, reporting, and optimisation for engagement and reach.
- Excellent video production, photography and editing skills, with working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, ideally using platforms such as DotDigital, Mailchimp or similar email tools.
- Strong writing ability, able to create compelling, on-brand content for blogs, emails, and multi-channel campaigns.
- An eye for brand consistency, ensuring content and creative outputs reflect agreed guidelines and messaging.
- Ability to work with partners and stakeholders, delivering assets and reports that strengthen relationships and support shared objectives.
- Organisational skills to manage reviews and reputation platforms, ensuring feedback loops are captured and used to improve communications.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, able to support multiple projects across both Gullivers Sports Travel and Keith Prowse event campaigns.
- A passion for sport and creativity, with a willingness to develop new skills in influencer engagement, campaign analytics, and content innovation.
- The ability to work on several projects at once, with a positive, can-do attitude.
YOU’LL BE USING (among others):
- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut and Premier Pro (on the job training will be given) to produce a wide range of collateral in the form of factsheets, event guides, proposals, menus, vouchers, leaflets, flyers, gif files, display ads, logos, videos etc.
- CMS (Sitecore, Drupal - on the job training will be given) and be the point of contact to maintain the Gulliver’s and Events International news and blog page along with other landing pages.
- Marketing Automations (Dot Digital) to provide e-comms and campaign support as needed – create copy, research visuals, monitor and report against results (maximise marketing effectiveness).
