Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose:

To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14.

Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures.
  • Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System / CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input.
  • Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure that corrective action is performed.
  • Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.
  • Create log book certificates for maintenance aircraft.
  • Post original log book certificates to customers.
  • Filing log book certificate and original worksheets.
  • The administration of the computer controlled records archiving system for all documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office competent.
  • Human Factors - preferred.
  • Luton Phase 1 trained - preferred.
  • RSA typing qualified - preferred.
