Overview
Regional Sales Manager – EMEA in GAC Farnborough. This is an on-site role at our London, UK facility. The role compensation is a blend of salary and potential performance-based bonus. This role does require a significant amount of work travel.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree in related field preferred. Private Pilot License preferred. Experience in Sales, Marketing or Sales Support roles. Strong aviation experience and knowledge essential. Customer satisfaction aptitude and record of successful customer interaction required.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyse new and existing industry sectors and marketplaces in a bid to develop opportunities within. The findings from this analysis will enable a personal territory plan to be formed in co-ordination with the Senior Regional Sales Manager, and the local sales team, and provide the catalyst for your activities.
- Conduct prospecting via the use of initiative, creativity and provided company resource, with the purpose of building relationships and developing opportunities.
- Create, implement and act upon targeted campaigns, reaching out to individuals, sectors and fields we are not currently engaged with.
- Document activities in Salesforce.
- Plan and host Customer and Industry based events, including the demonstration of company aircraft, under the direction of the Senior Regional Sales Manager.
- Effectively communicate with UHNWIs, corporate decision-makers, flight departments and key players within and outside of the aviation Industry.
- Keep up to date with regional and global activities which affect the aviation Industry and provide regular feedback on these matters.
