Position Purpose
To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14.
Responsibilities
- Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures.
- Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System /CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input.
- Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure corrective action is performed.
- Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.
- Create logbook certificates for maintenance aircraft.
- Post original logbook certificates to customers.
- File logbook certificate and original worksheets.
- Administer the computer‑controlled records archiving system for all documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Human Factors – preferred.
- Luton Phase 1 trained – preferred.
- RSA typing qualified – preferred.
