Technical Records Coordinator (FAR) – GAC Farnborough

Shift: Mon–Thu 08:00–16:15, Fri 08:00–16:00.

Employment: Full‑time.

Position Purpose

To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14.

Responsibilities

  • Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures.
  • Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System /CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input.
  • Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure corrective action is performed.
  • Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.
  • Create logbook certificates for maintenance aircraft.
  • Post original logbook certificates to customers.
  • File logbook certificate and original worksheets.
  • Administer the computer‑controlled records archiving system for all documentation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.
  • Human Factors – preferred.
  • Luton Phase 1 trained – preferred.
  • RSA typing qualified – preferred.
