Our Aircraft Records Coordinator (Tech Records Coordinator) is a part of our Quality team that supports the administrative management of maintenance and repair documents for our aircraft. It is a highly administrative role which requires significant attention to detail. Aircraft records experience is preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Position Purpose:
To prepare a complete and accurate workpack for distribution to the operator for the fulfilment of the requirements of EASA part 145.A.55 in accordance with MOE para 2.14.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
- Record receipt of aircraft workpack in accordance with published procedures.
- Review the Corridor Maintenance Record System / CMP & CAMP Cards for accuracy and completeness throughout the maintenance input.
- Record any errors found during review of aircraft documentation and ensure that corrective action is performed.
- Inform Gulfstream CMP records system.
- Create log book certificates for maintenance aircraft.
- Post original log book certificates to customers.
- Filing log book certificate and original worksheets.
- The administration of the computer controlled records archiving system for all documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Microsoft Office competent.
- Human Factors - preferred.
- Luton Phase 1 trained - preferred.
- RSA typing qualified - preferred.
