In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our projects moving forward by supporting day-to-day procurement activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth purchasing and compliance processes. What you'll be doing:- Transactional Management: Execute and manage daily Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, commercial terms, and correct cost allocation in line with company procedures.
- Invoice & Payment Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between Finance and external vendors to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment delays, and matching errors.
- Supplier Coordination: Monitor vendor delivery timelines, expedite urgent material or service requests, and provide status updates to internal teams.
- Market Sourcing Support: Conduct initial market research, gather vendor pre-qualification data, and compile supplier scouting lists to support both new project tenders and wider business requirements.
- Data & Compliance Administration: Maintain the centralised contract repository, update vendor onboarding records, and ensure all procurement files comply with company procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate procurement, purchasing, or supply chain environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven track record of handling high-volume purchasing administration and vendor communication.
- Ability to work independently while aligning closely with guidance from the Procurement Manager.
- Purchase order management & transactional procurement.
- Supplier coordination & stakeholder communication.
- Invoice reconciliation & issue resolution.
- ERP systems (e.g. SAP, IFS) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong data accuracy and compliance mindset.
