Overview
Gülermak Renewables is pursuing an ambitious goal to become a leading international player in the net-zero industry at international level driven by a solid team and a commitment to technical excellence. To this aim, we are forming a technical network of professionals to lead on all engineering and technical aspects to support acquisition, design, execution and operations of the projects, which encompass various technologies from solar PV to onshore wind and grid support technologies, such as BESS.
As a key member of the Engineering Team, the Senior Technical Asset Manager will lead on the operational phase of the projects, while contributing to disseminate technical expertise to other project phases. and will also proactively contribute to the development of the Technical Asset Management function.
What you’ll be doing
- Operations Health and Safety management.
- Asset performance monitoring and improvement. KPI monitoring and reporting O&M strategic planning; planned maintenance and inspections, asset optimisation and O&M contract management.
- SCADA systems data analysis. Plant performance analysis, corrective and proactive maintenance.
- Technical and commercial compliance management.
- PAC, FAC and end of warranty process.
- Leading on RCA analysis. Technical and commercial problem solving, warranty claim management.
- Developing TAM processes and procedures in coordination with the PMO function.
- Technical knowledge dissemination: lessons learned, knowledge management and development of internal expertise.
- Cross-functional team collaboration with wider engineering team, PMO, construction and development teams. Interface with financial asset management and integrator functions.
- Ad-hoc technical support to non-operational phases; due diligence, equipment selection, performance evaluation, grid connection process, etc
What experience you\\\’ll bring
- 6+ years of operational management experience as a Technical Asset Manager for grid scale solar PV projects with proven technical background.
- Engineering qualification and accreditation to a national engineering body.
- Strong HSE approach. HV access management and auditing.
- Expertise with project integration and SCADA analysis and reporting.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience with O&M contract management, tendering and novation.
- Additional operational management experience with BESS would be greatly advantageous.
- Handover to operations, PAC and FAC processes.
- Asset Performance, RCA management and compliance (grid, route to market) management.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with onshore wind projects technical asset management, including handover process.

The UK company will act as the divisional HQ under which all renewable and PPP assets will be consolidated.
