What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement PMO processes, frameworks, and governance structures to support renewable energy projects.
- Provide project oversight, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain project reporting systems to track progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior management to drive project success and to ensure timelines, budgets, and scope are in line with expectations.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain risk management processes, including mitigation strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, conducting project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned across multiple countries.
