Gülermak Renewables is expanding its energy portfolio in the UK and across Europe. We are looking for a Document Controller to join our growing team as the first dedicated professional in this role. You will have the opportunity to establish and manage document control processes for multiple renewable energy projects across international markets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Establish and maintain an effective document control system for renewable energy projects.
- Manage the distribution, tracking, and retrieval of project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure all project documents, including contracts, drawings, permits, and reports, are accurately recorded and stored.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to coordinate document submissions and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and industry standards for document management.
- Support project teams by providing timely access to accurate and relevant documentation.
- Assist in audits and inspections by ensuring document traceability and completeness.
- Train project personnel on document control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in handling sensitive project information.
- Prepare regular reports on document status and project progress for senior management.
What experience you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the renewables, construction, or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of document control processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., 4P’s, SharePoint, or similar).
