  • Monitor and record daily site activities, including construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and general project progress.
  • Witness deliveries, inspect storage conditions, and oversee QA/QC processes, including SAT, commissioning, and (where applicable) PR testing.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify quality of workmanship and compliance with approved procedures.
  • Monitor contractor performance and report potential risks, delays, non-conformances, or variations.
  • Support the Project Manager and Steering Committee in the review, verification, and assessment of variation orders (VOs), including identifying potential risks and providing supporting evidence.
  • Identify technical or operational issues early and escalate appropriately to prevent incidents or delays.
  • Prepare clear and structured weekly progress reports for the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate Employer audits, inspections, and site visits.
