About the role

Join Guildford Borough Council as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer and help shape vibrant, thriving neighbourhoods where people are proud to live. Working as part of our dedicated neighbourhood estates team, you’ll manage your own patch of around 600 properties across the borough. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused housing service, building strong relationships with residents, and improving local environments.
