About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Security Site Manager to lead and oversee security operations across a prestigious multi-building estate in Central London. This is a senior leadership position responsible for delivering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, clients, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security operations across a multi-building estate.
  • Ensure effective 24/7 security coverage through workforce planning and resource deployment.
  • Coordinate security arrangements for events and special activities.
  • Act as the senior operational lead during incidents and emergencies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop supervisors and security officers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, police, emergency services, and local authorities.
  • Monitor risks, incidents, and emerging threats.
  • Manage budgets, staffing costs, and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and contractual requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Significant experience in a senior security management role.
  • Experience managing large teams within a 24-hour operation.
  • Strong knowledge of public safety, incident management, and security operations.
  • Experience working with police, emergency services, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
