We are looking for a proactive, polished, and personable Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front of House experience. You'll be the sole ambassador of the building, setting the tone for a premium and professional space. Reception UK (RUK) is an established reception and concierge service, and our people believe first impressions count and we take great pride in being known for our attention to details and service excellence. Our vision is to create a reception/concierge service that's unique, bespoke and tailored to our clients' requirements with a focus on superb customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first and lasting impression for all tenants, guests and visitors, delivering service with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of your surroundings, staying alert to tenant needs, building activity, and opportunities to go the extra mile.
  • Liaise with the security and cleaning teams to ensure the reception space is well-maintained and used exclusively by occupiers.
  • Work closely with the Building Management team to support tenant events, pop-ups, and digital engagement.
  • Assist tenant reception teams with visitor management system queries or errors via the system helpdesk.
  • Manage all telephone calls and emails, confidently resolving queries in a timely manner, whilst maintaining compliance with GDPR.
  • Assist the Building Management team with day-to-day operations as and when required.
  • Proactively identify and promote local business discounts, deals, and events to the occupier community.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives across the building, working with occupier FM teams to track and encourage participation.
  • Provide detailed handovers during lunch breaks, shift changes, and when on leave.
  • Taking responsibility and ensuring continuity, accuracy, and that updates are clearly documented.

What We're Looking For

  • Incredibly important to have prior experience in a premium Front of House, receptionist, or guest experience role, ideally within a high-end corporate building.
  • Immaculate personal presentation, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digitally agile to be comfortable working with digital tools and platforms; including visitor management systems, tenant apps, and helpdesk software.
  • A natural sense of initiative, a calm and composed manner, and a genuine passion for delivering the best service.
  • Strong multitasking ability and professionalism when handling high volumes of guests and varied daily tasks.
