We are looking for someone that wants to join our fast-growing team, believes in great customer service and is committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK is known for. One of our prestigious buildings very close to Wimbledon station requires an exceptional Corporate Receptionist. You would be expected to work alongside security on site and take charge of any building issues.
Duties include:
- Liaising with the Facilities Manager, assisting them with building management elements
- Meet and greet all visitors, tenants, clients and personnel
- Directing all visitors to correct floors
- Ensure the reception desk runs effectively
- Actions and responds to email instructions
- Conducting daily inspections to ensure the site is safe
- Reporting any faults to the correct parties and management as necessary
- Dealing with a variety of requests or queries throughout the day in good time
- Create monthly newsletters and arrange pop-up events/freebies for the tenants
Individual requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Experience within a corporate environment
- Professionally presented, self-confident and smartly dressed at all times
- Good health and safety knowledge
- Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail
- Good intermediate computer literacy
- Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
