Guitar Teacher Bushey is looking for a guitar tutor to deliver lessons in students\’ homes in Finchley and surrounding areas, or in their own studios if nearby and suitable.
We have one student ready to start and expect the position to grow for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Tutors must plan, prepare and deliver high quality lessons that keep students engaged and motivated. Practice and progress should be regularly communicated with parents. Most students work towards grades so experience in preparing students for exams is desirable.
Qualifications
We require tutors to have:
- a degree in music (if you don\’t, you may be able to join us a student or apprentice tutor)
- an enhanced DBS and to be on the update service
- at least two years\’ teaching experience
- public liability insurance
- a car
- to live within 30-minutes drive of the teaching locations
This is a self-employed position paying up to £55 per hour.
