- Has experience working in acaretaking, site management, facilities or maintenance role.
- Possesses practical DIY andrepair skills.
- Can work independently and useinitiative to solve problems.
- Has experience workingeffectively as part of a team.
- Can communicate confidently withstaff, pupils, parents, contractors and visitors.
- Has an understanding of healthand safety procedures.
- Is able to undertake manualhandling and move furniture and equipment safely.
- Has basic IT skills such ascreating and responding to emails and undertaking online searches forcontractors and or equipment
- Can maintain a positive andwelcoming environment for all members of the school community.
