We are actively recruiting a Beauty Therapist to join the Revival Zone Team at Gisborough Hall Hotel, on either a full (40 hours) or part time basis. Candidates should outline their preference at application stage.
As a beauty therapist you will be expected to carry out all aspects of beauty therapy, fulfil salon reception duties and help to achieve sales targets by upselling our retail products and treatments.
Candidates must:
- Be qualified to VRQ/NVQ Level 3 or above.
- Have at least 2 years experience within the beauty therapy trade.
- Be computer literate.
- Be able to upsell both spa treatments and products to both residents and non-residents.
- Be able to confidently recommend treatments to each individual guest, based on their preference/needs.
- Commit to professional development, to ensure the highest level of treatments are given, consistently.
- Communicate in a clear and professional manner whilst upholding a friendly personality.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the treatment/relaxation areas.
Desirable experience:
- Elemis exposure/training.
Full training to Company standards will be provided. The successful applicant will be confident, passionate, and dedicated to offering exceptional customer service to ensure all guests are provided with a memorable experience. Candidates must be able to maintain high standards of presentation. Punctuality and flexibility are also required to meet the needs of the business. Our current Revival Zone is open 7 days a week and you will be expected to work on a shift basis, including weekends and late evenings until 9pm.
