Following a successful resale, Guinot Earlsfield is looking for a Salon Manager to lead the salon into its next era under new ownership.
As our first UK Guinot Franchise salon, Earlsfield has a 10-year trading history. After a successful resale in summer 2026, we’re looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build on that foundation and help shape the salon’s next chapter.
As salon manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the salon, deliver exceptional customer service and high operational standards, and play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening its reputation. You will also be responsible for financial management of the salon budget, while monitoring KPI’s and ability to deliver against targets, ability to coach and develop the internal salon team to achieve high performance, be responsible for the business development and networking via leveraging local partnerships to grow the client base.

- A proven track record in multisite or high-end salon/spa management.
- At least three years’ leadership experience within beauty or wellness.
- A strong understanding of premium customer service standards.
