We are currently recruiting for a part-time Housing & Neighbourhood Officer on a 12-month fixed-term, part-time (17.5 hours per week) contract to support our communities across the South East & South Coast region. As a Housing & Neighbourhood Officer, you will provide a friendly housing management service to your residents. Reporting to the Housing & Neighbourhood Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team of Housing & Neighbourhood Officers covering Havant, Hayling Island and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based position requiring travel within your designated area. You will be working Monday & Tuesday, 9 am β 5 pm, and Wednesday, 9 am β 12 pm.
You will be the face of Guinness, and your key responsibility is to provide an accessible face-to-face service to both homeowner and rental residents. You will work in a mobile way, out in the area and meet residents. You will work closely with Estate Services and other Guinness teams to get things done quickly and efficiently to achieve positive outcomes for both Guinness and our residents.
