About the role
Would you like to join our Estates team as a Garden Services Operative and help us to deliver an excellent service for our residents? This is a great opportunity for anyone who is a customer‑focused team player. We are excited to offer a new opportunity for an operative to join our dedicated Estates team, serving the Havant, Hayling Island, Portsmouth & Waterlooville area on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services across a diverse portfolio of sites. Your responsibilities will include caring for lawns, shrubs, and plants, removing refuse, and maintaining internal communal areas to agreed standards, specifications, and timelines. As the face of Guinness on site, you will build positive relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues, ensuring access, reporting repairs, fly‑tipping, graffiti, and any safeguarding concerns.

Desirable qualifications

- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture or equivalent (RHS, City & Guilds, HND)
- PA1 and PA6 NPTC Certificates
