We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Guinness for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
As a key member of the Commercial Services team, you will manage a varied portfolio of non‑residential assets, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and safety requirements while supporting the organisation in maximising income. You will oversee the full lettings process, maintain accurate records, act as the primary contact for tenants, manage key lease events, and work with internal colleagues and external agents to ensure agreements progress efficiently and in line with required standards. This is an agile-based position requiring travel within the South West. Travel will be required as a part of this role, so you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.

- Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience procuring and managing contracted services.
- Knowledge of public liability responsibilities and company law.
Qualifications
- Essential: Degree-level education (Level 6) or equivalent.
- Desirable: Chartered RICS Surveyor or TPI membership.
