This is a full-time permanent position, with an agile workstyle that offers a flexible and collaborative way of working, designed to best support our residents.
As a Safe Neighbourhoods Officer, you will play a key role in keeping our homes and communities safe by delivering proactive, preventative measures to tackle and reduce Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with Local Authorities, neighbourhood policing teams, and external agencies to support coordinated prevention work. You will also apply Local Authority and landlord legal powers effectively to protect customers from harm, including representing Guinness at court for ASB-related cases and producing high-quality casework, conducting thorough investigations, and maintaining accurate case notes suitable for legal scrutiny.
