Requirements
- Proven experience defining enterprise data architecture, enterprise data models, and domain architectures within complex organisations.
- Strong expertise in modern data platforms, integration architecture, master data management, metadata governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and data governance tools such as Purview or OneTrust.
- Experience using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or DAMA (CDMP), architectural principles, design patterns, architecture tools, and artifact repositories.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, modern data platforms, and master data management approaches.
- Strong knowledge of metadata management, lineage, data catalogues, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience translating business strategy into practical architecture standards and roadmaps.
- Ability to lead, engage, and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
- Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, DAMA (CDMP), or equivalent frameworks.
- Educated to Level 6 (degree or equivalent) or higher in an IT/STEM-related degree discipline.
- Desirable: Experience working within the social housing sector.
- Desirable: Knowledge of social housing processes and systems.
- Desirable: Azure or Microsoft Data certifications.
- Desirable: PM, Prince2, Agile Practitioner, DevOps, or ITIL qualifications.
