JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role

The Guinness Partnership is seeking Planned Works Co-ordinators to join our team in Oldham on a full-time, permanent basis to efficiently manage HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) cases. We operate a hybrid working style, where you spend 3 days per week working in the office and 2 days working from home.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone to support the Planned Works team, ensuring residents remain informed and that all legal, regulatory, and safety standards are met. The role involves managing Damp & Mould cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law, statutory requirements, and internal KPIs. You will coordinate remedial works, maintain accurate records, provide proactive communication to residents, respond to enquiries within agreed service standards, and ensure all resident information is managed securely in line with GDPR requirements, delivering a high-quality service throughout.

You will also be able to demonstrate these essential skills:

  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience of working within agreed performance targets.
  • Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Experience of working with databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Educated to NVQ II or equivalent GCSEs.
  • Experience of scheduling work.
  • Experience of working with sub-contractors.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
