We have a new opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Guinness Property team covering Empty Homes on a full time, permanent basis in London. Reporting into the Regional Head of Service you will manage and support the Empty Homes inspectors within the region. You will do this by managing the teams productivity and quality of work, ensuring that relevant resources are in place and that Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
You will also provide a timely response to customer complaints, ensuring high productivity within your team and Key-to-Key times are kept to a minimum. You will not only be able to demonstrate the key criteria, but you'll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You must also have a full UK driving licence as you will be issued with a company van.
Up to date knowledge of building maintenance, Decent Homes Standards & safety legislation is required. Relevant Technical qualification - trade NVQ level 3 or equivalent. NVQ Level 3 First Line Management. A recognised leadership and management qualification. This position will require a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
Holidays: We offer 25-27 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays. You will also receive additional holiday in line with your length of service (1 extra day per 5 years service, capped at 4 days).
