About the role
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Resales & Staircasing Officer to join our Sales Team in London. This is a full time, permanent role that offers hybrid working.
In this rewarding role, you will manage a varied caseload of shared ownership resales, staircasing transactions and ad hoc empty property disposals, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service throughout their homeownership journey. You will act as the key point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through often complex processes while delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service.

In addition to bringing your experience of residential conveyancing, you will also demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be confident managing a busy caseload of shared ownership resales and staircasing transactions, taking ownership from instruction through to completion while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally. Working collaboratively with colleagues, legal representatives and external partners, you will coordinate lease amendments, support the disposal of void properties and ensure all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant policies, legislation and best practice. Experience of shared ownership transactions and knowledge of housing legislation would be advantageous.
