Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and staff, maintaining a professional image.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, legal requirements, and company procedures.
- Report thefts, criminal offences, and incidents to the duty manager.
- Identify and remove undesirables or non-guests posing threats to safety.
- Conduct security checks.
- Greet guests with friendliness and approachability.
- Assist with luggage, directions, and special requests.
- Monitor entrance and surrounding areas for guest safety and security.
- Coordinate with the duty manager and host for guest services.
