To be able to fulfil this role you will need a strong personal ethos of integrity, patience, resilience and commitment.

At Victoria we aspire to achieve the very best for every single pupil. As noted by OFSTED in 2023 'Aspiration' is a key word at Victoria Primary Academy. It is central to everything leaders do, from the design of the school's ambitious curriculum to the awe-inspiring trips on offer.

We value honesty, integrity, and creativity. Our recruitment and selection processes are designed to help us understand what you, as an individual, will uniquely contribute to the Trust. Submissions that rely too heavily on AI risk obscuring the very qualities we are looking to discover. If you choose to use AI, we encourage you to treat it as a collaborator-not a substitute. Let it support your thinking, not replace it.
