Are you a highly organised and commercially-minded operator who thrives in creative environments? We are looking for a Studio Manager & Project Lead to join the senior leadership team in a creative agency and help steer the delivery of high-impact branding projects for world-class clients.

As Studio Manager & Project Lead, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Client & New Business Lead.

  • Project planning & delivery: Overseeing timelines, resources, and workflows
  • People & team support: Helping grow and develop the team with support from HR
  • Studio operations: Coordinating with finance, IT, and other partners
  • Client delivery: Building strong relationships and ensuring smooth execution
  • New business: Supporting the preparation and onboarding of new projects
  • Culture & systems: Helping shape an inclusive, efficient, and inspiring workplace

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6+ years in project or studio management within design or creative industries
  • A strong communicator with proven leadership skills
  • Commercially savvy: confident with budgets, scopes, and resourcing
  • Experience with tools like Team Gantt, Harvest, or similar
  • Calm under pressure and great at balancing creative ambition with logistical realities
