Project Manager – Energy – Hybrid – London 3 days a week Day rate: £500 – £650 (inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Start: ASAP My new client is looking for a Project Manager to join the team on a contract basis, must have Energy sector experience . You will need to be in the office 3 days per week. The ideal candidate shall take over the role of the business data adoption lead for a large energy and commodities company. This role aims to cultivate a data-centric culture among business and operational employees as part of a broader data strategy. He/She is responsible for steering stakeholders to get the best value from the data and tools available for self-service. The role requires expertise in the data domain (e.g. data governance, advanced analytics, reporting tools), a proven track record in enabling people and managing change and experience in the energy and commodities sector. Key responsibilities Act as a champion for data culture, enabling the business and operational team to get the best from their data and tools available. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data learning needs and create tailored solutions that meet these requirements. Collaborate with business teams to align data initiatives with business objectives. Communicate and organise available data learning programs to enhance employees\’ data literacy and capability (across different target audiences).
