The Role

Reporting to the Digital Performance & CRM Manager, you will support end‐to‐end digital campaigns, optimise performance, and ensure flawless execution across affiliate and CRM channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, test, and deploy CRM/email campaigns in Bloomreach.
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Track performance, report on KPIs, and deliver insight‐led improvements.
  • Support the digital marketing calendar and collaborate with creative, eCom, and marketing teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
