Are you a highly experienced, innovative senior creative ready to step into your next role? We want to hear from you. We are seeking an individual to step into a Head of Creative position with a highly renowned fintech app company, during an exciting period of re-growth. This position requires a charismatic and driven individual. We need a fresh vision on board; ensuring you bring positive energy to the working environment, ultimately invoking that energy and enthusiasm within your team. You will be extremely hands-on and must be seasoned in producing work from conception to completion. As Head of Creative, you must be reliable, positive, and able to communicate concisely and clearly, both verbally and visually with your team as well as other teams within separate areas of the business and C-suite stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Be adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Lead and inspire a group of creatives including copywriters, designers, and motion graphic artists.
- Have a keen insight into spotting and nurturing talent - this role will include building out your creative team.
- Understand budget, project planning/forecasting, and resourcing.
- Be strategic in adapting and ensuring all creative ideas/output is aligned with the company brand.
- Work well under pressure/in time-constrained situations.
- Be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' work experience as a creative director or related position with a brand and/or agency.
- Experience building, overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to changes efficiently.
- Ability to manage a team whilst also being extremely hands-on with the work.
- Experience with various areas of design, particularly regarding Applications.
