eCommerce and Optimisation Manager D2C Beauty Hybrid role - 2/3 days South London/Croydon

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus

I'm seeking an eCommerce and Optimisation Manager to join a digital-first retailer. This talented individual would come on board to develop a test-and-learn program which will drive conversion across the website. This client has a great repeat order rate of 57% with only 5-7% of their products needing to be refunded. You will be joining an exciting period of growth and have a direct impact from day 1!

Role Responsibilities
  • You will define and manage the CRO roadmap for the business, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, A/B testing to analyse website performance.
  • Collaborate with the clients' in-house developer and graphic designer to turn your test ideas into reality.
  • Analyse the effect of the marketing initiatives via relevant tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Qubit) to report the ROI to the marketing team.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, reviewing their website user experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working on Shopify with a D2C background.
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience in running A/B tests utilising tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar WVO, Adobe Target, etc.
  • Be a good communicator - able to communicate your views to others.
