Responsibilities
- Owning performance marketing across paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, CRM, display and on-site messaging
- Building acquisition, retention and lifecycle strategies that drive revenue and ROI
- Managing and optimising significant digital budgets
- Leading CRM strategy: segmentation, personalisation, journeys and creative testing
- Working closely with brand, content and social teams to ensure performance activity stays on-brand
- Managing agencies and developing internal team members
- Using data and insight to forecast, optimise and improve customer KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in digital performance and CRM (brand or agency side)
- Strong expertise in paid media, CRM and affiliate marketing
- Comfortable owning strategy, execution and optimisation
- Commercial, data-driven and confident making decisions
- Experience working in fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environments
