Job Summary:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on a construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, managing site staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all construction site activities.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management.
- Resolve any issues, delays, or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation including timesheets, reports, and project logs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize site hazards.
