Guildprime is looking for a Yard Operative / Van Driver to join our team on an initial 4–6 month contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is a varied, hands-on role based at our yard in Billericay, with responsibilities including:
- Loading and unloading vans and trucks safely and efficiently
- Preparing and loading the company vehicles for deliveries
- Delivering materials & plant to company sites, assisting with unloading on arrival
- General warehouse/yard maintenance duties
- Estate Maintenance (mowing/strimming etc)
What We're Looking For
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- A practical, reliable and hardworking approach
- Forklift licence desirable (training can be provided)
Applicants must be over 25 for vehicle insurance purposes.
The role is based on a 37.5-hour working week, with overtime available.
