Join Guildprime Specialist Contracts Ltd and lead the commercial delivery of prestigious high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury residential, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors. We’re looking for an experienced Senior QS with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in fast-paced, high-specification environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final account
- Leading valuations, cost reporting, forecasting, and change control
- Overseeing subcontract procurement and contract administration
- Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams
- Mentoring junior QS staff and driving commercial best practice
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years’ QS experience in high-end fit-out or construction
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC desirable)
- Excellent commercial, negotiation and reporting skills
- Experience delivering complex fast-track projects
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Professional, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
